Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refunds are applicable solely under the following conditions:

Overpayment: A refund will be processed if an excess payment is confirmed by JiTechEdu.

Undelivered Service: If the agreed service is not provided within the specified period of three (3) months from the date of payment, a refund will be issued. That is to say, nothing at all was done during this period.

Duplicate Transaction: A verified repeated payment for the same service will be reimbursed.

Service Inactivation: If JiTechEdu is unable to commence the agreed service due to unexpected events or internal limitations, a refund will be arranged.
